Registration & Payment Channels

• From August 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026:

Important notes:

• Presenters will receive the EasyChair registration link and a presentation confirmation link on August 1, 2025. Please confirm your presentation participation by August 31, 2025.
• Non-presenting participants: submit registration via this link by December 31, 2025.
• After successful registration, a confirmation email and payment instructions will be sent.
• WeChat and wire transfer instructions will be published on the official IAPLL website on January 3, 2026.

Refund Policy

• $10 refund fee for requests made before April 15, 2026 (inclusive)
• 50% refund for requests made between April 16 and May 15, 2026 (inclusive)
• No refunds after May 16, 2026 (inclusive)
